Betsy Westendorf, Senior Consultant and Executive Coach

Betsy Westendorf is a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach with JDA. She specializes in management development, communication and presentation skills, business writing and meeting facilitation.

Over the last thirty years, Betsy has designed corporate training programs and trained over 10,000 middle and upper level managers in sales, communication, presentation, conflict management, and team facilitation skills all over the world. In addition, she teaches business writing for Cornell's Management Program, and advises corporations in cross-cultural strategies for sending employees overseas.

Prior to joining Jeff Dorman & Associates, Inc., Betsy was a systems engineer for IBM where she was responsible for the sales and installation of equipment in over one hundred financial institutions. Shortly thereafter, she developed her own training program to help individuals become more financially successful, and appeared on TV and radio throughout the New York, Boston and DC areas.

Betsy earned her Bachelors Degree in Mathematics from Wheaton College, MA and her Masters Degree in Applied Psychology from The University of Santa Monica, CA.
