Meg Ellis, Senior Consultant and Executive Coach

Meg Ellis is a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach with JDA. She specializes in self-awareness and communication skills for individuals, managers, and teams. She has also designed and delivered performance management and leadership programs.

Meg is certified in Myers-Briggs, Situational Leadership, Social Styles, and Personality Dimensions. She leads Myers-Briggs Type Indicator qualifying programs, teaching other HR and OD practitioners the theory and ethical use of the instrument.

Meg has worked with dozens of individuals as an Executive Coach. She is also qualified in Gender Diplomacy through the authors of Gender War, Gender Peace.

Meg earned her Bachelors Degree in Mathematics from the University of Montevallo and her Masters Degree in Transpersonal Psychology from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology.
