Jessica Czeczuga, Client Services Manager
As JDA's Client Services Manager, Jessica is "the voice of JDA" and responsible for coordinating all the logistics associated with its programs and trainings for multiple clients in multiple locations. She maintains relationships with both key client personnel (to ensure that facilities, equipment and materials are in place on time and meet the needs of both the program and the people attending) and our off-site consultants, for whom she handles travel arrangements, evaluation reporting and individual requests. She also produces the customized workbooks, Powerpoints, handouts and other materials that bring our programs to life. Jessica participates in project-related work as needed and also supports Jeff Dorman, Stephen Giordano and Joan Cook.
Prior to joining JDA, Jessica worked at such companies as Merck, Becton Dickinson and the Institute for Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), where she gained experience as a corporate trainer, training coordinator and instructional designer.
Jessica has a Bachelors Degree in Journalism and Mass Media from Rutgers University. She lives in Hillsborough, NJ.
